The Let’s Face It (LFI) is the United States branch of an international, voluntary, non-profit support and information network for people with facial differences, their families, and healthcare professionals. Established in the United Kingdom in 1984 and in the United States in 1987, Let's Face It is committed to networking affected individuals, family members, friends, and healthcare professionals, and educating the public about facial differences. It also seeks to enable people who are facially different to share their experiences through a mutual help network and provide continuing education to medical, nursing, and allied health professionals. Let's Face It provides a variety of educational and support materials, including an every-other-year resource directory that can be downloaded from its web site.
