The Pachyonychia Congenita Project is a voluntary, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization focused on finding a cure for pachyonychia congenitaI, a hereditary genetic skin disorder characterized by blisters on the feet and hands, thickened fingernails and toenails, and other painful symptoms. The organization funds research grants, sponsors scientific and patient meetings, offers patient networking, as well as educational services for both patients and medical professionals.
