The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (PBTF) is a voluntary, non-profit organization founded in 1991. It is dedicated to supporting the search for the cause and cure of childhood brain tumors. Pediatric brain tumors are the leading cause of cancer deaths in children, and 75 percent of children diagnosed with a brain tumor are younger than 15. PBTF provides programs in the areas of research, patient and general population education, patient networking, and patient advocacy.
