Ways to Support NORD
Ninety-five cents of every dollar donated to NORD directly supports programs and services for patients and their families. NORD relies on the generosity of donors to help us maintain and grow our programs and services. In addition to providing NORD with a general donation, you may want to include NORD in your estate planning, find out if your place of employment offers matching gift programs, or contribute to a restricted research fund for a specific rare disease. There are many ways to give to NORD, and we would be happy to discuss any of these options with you. No matter how you choose to give, please know that your support will be appreciated!
Individuals can sign on to be NORD members. By becoming a member, you show your support for NORD’s mission of serving the rare disease community. Members receive NORD newsletters and other communications. They also have opportunities to join NORD in advocacy and other initiatives.
This is what has allowed NORD to advocate effectively on behalf of the rare disease community for more than 25 years. Please consider joining us in showing support for public policies that are fair and compassionate. NORD is always hard at work, but we need your voice to help make our message heard. Find out how you can take action today!
