Passionate Kasi Chix is a Non-profit organization aimed to transform the lives of children in our Region and all over the world. We are hosting a school event to raise awareness of 7000 rare diseases that aren’t talked about in our daily lives. Passionate Kasi Chix will rule out children related rare diseases for grade 6/7 in a public primary school. Have entertainment for kids and keep them energized in order to keep their attention while we get speakers such as Khaya Foundation is all about disability and the founder has experienced how it feels to deal with disability. A poet, Dance Traditional group, Health Talk about rare disease by a professional nurse/ caregiver, Use Denim/ blue ribbon theme as our symbol, give away sanitary pads as its a major disadvantage in South Africa were girls miss school because they can’t afford sanitary towels/pads, pamphlets with information about World Rare Diseases.
We do this to show we care about anyone with a rare disease, anyone who’s suffering from any sickness treatable or untreatable we say WE ARE HERE! WE SEE YOU
