About American Bar Association Commission on Mental and Physical Disability Law
The American Bar Association Commission on Mental and Physical Disability Law (CMPDL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to fulfilling the American Bar Association�s (ABA) commitment to justice and the rule of the law for persons with mental and physical disabilities. Established in 1973, the Commission also promotes research, provides referrals, and engages in professional education. The Commission publishes a directory; a registry; the “Mental and Physical Disability Law Reporter,” the nation’s longest running source on disability law; and other materials.
