Together for Short Lives

Together for Short Lives is a charity dedicated to supporting all children in the UK with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions, including supporting heir loved ones and care-givers.They provide information and practical/emotional support to families, professionals and service providers, including children�s hospices. Their goal is to help to ensure that children in the UK, living with a life-threatening or life-limiting condition, receive the best possible care. They work closely with the organizations and professionals that provide hospice and palliative and hospice care services, and raise funds for children’s hospices and related facilities and organizations.
