Description

The CAH Support group became an independent charity in 2018 having previous been a sub-group of CLIMB. The CAH Support Group exists to give support to those with congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) and their families. CAH is a group of disorders resulting from impaired ability of the adrenal glands to produce vital steroid hormones. The CAH support group works to increase awareness of CAH, to improve availability of information and to work closely with the medical community to support research into improving lives of those with CAH. It holds conferences, local meetings for families and/or adults and publishes a regular newsletter which is sent to members.
