The Congenital Heart Information Network, a voluntary health organization, serves an international population, including people in Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East, with educational materials, referrals, advocacy, networking, and support. Its materials and services are designed for patients and families, health professionals, other professionals such as teachers and lawyers, and the general public. It provides information and other services related to all forms of congenital heart defects and syndromes, as well as heart diseases, such as cardiomyopathy and Kawasaki disease that begins in childhood.
