Description

The mission of the Hypertrophic Olivary Degeneration Association is threefold: 1. To connect Patients, Caregivers, Families, and Friends of people who are diagnosed with HOD to each other for mutual support and to share knowledge with each other of this rare brain disease. 2. To connect the community with medical researchers to learn more about this rare brain disease. 3. To connect benefactors with a worthy cause, and to apply for grants to fund research to learn more about this devastating rare brain disease, and to find treatments that work to minimize symptoms and work towards an eventual cure.
