Description

Transient Global Amnesia Project (TGA Project 2019) is a grassroots community that engages in basic communication with its community members, collaborating partners, the medical profession, and research entities to provide TGA related information for free. Furthermore; we support the discovery of possible treatments during and after the episode(s), research of possible long-term sequelae (aftereffect of a condition), and promotion of fresh educational materials and up-to-date media resources. Our members are either volunteers with a TGA diagnosis, or a caregiver, or a medical care provider. TGA is a neurological enigma with little available information. As TGA patients, we understand TGA’s residual grip on our psyche and possible changes to our high-order functioning. We also know those that will face a TGA diagnosis have no idea what lies ahead. We provide a comfortable forum to share and learn. The TGA Project website design creates a one stop library of TGA resources including:
  • Personal Testimonials
  • Medical Research
  • Survey Data
  • Opinion Editorials
  • External Support Links
  • Central Registry
  • Coping Suggestions
