Vascular Cures is a leading national nonprofit working for over 35 years to reduce the burden of vascular diseases outside of the heart. We do this by advancing high-impact collaborative research, improving public recognition of the prevalence and seriousness of vascular disease, and empowering patients on their healthcare journeys. The foundation disseminates educational information to the public, fosters vascular disease patient advocacy initiatives, and provides information to patients and to those at risk for development of common vascular disorders. Vascular Cures is increasing awareness and understanding of PAD and other vascular diseases for which early diagnosis and treatment may be very important, including rare disorders such as aortic dissection, Buerger’s disease, Raynaud’s disease, Marfan syndrome, and Vein of Galen Malformation. For a complete list of the disorders that Vascular Cures has information on, please visit their website, which includes links to specific advocacy groups and initiatives.
