The Canadian Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (CASLPA) is a professional organization that seeks to maximize the communicatino potential of all Canadians. It champions and supports the professional needs of speech-language pathologists and audiologists, and facilitates the professional development of its members. Speech-language pathologists and audiologists assist individuals affected by various speech, language and hearing disorders and related conditions, including aphasia, dysphagia, apraxia, stuttering, stroke, middle-ear disease, hyperlexia and auditoria neuropathy.
