The Klippel-Feil Syndrome Alliance is a voluntary organization whose mission is to unite individuals across the globe who are affected by Klippel-Feil syndrome (KFS) with the scientists and health practitioners who study and treat them, and empower people to advocate for improved access to needed care, pain reduction, and higher quality of life. KFS is a rare skeletal disorder primarily characterized by abnormal union or fusion of two or more bones of the spinal column (vertebrae) within the neck (cervical vertebrae).
