About Cushing’s Support & Research Foundation (CSRF)

The Cushing’s Support and Research Foundation, Inc., (CSRF) is a 501c3 non-profit organization formed in 1995 and dedicated to providing information and support to individuals and family members affected by Cushing’s disease and Cushing’s syndrome. Cushing’s syndrome is a rare endocrine disorder caused by abnormally increased secretion of cortisol due to tumors of the pituitary, adrenal, or rarely, the lung or pancreas.

CSRF is committed to increasing public awareness of these two disorders; serving as a source of information and support for healthcare professionals; and raising and distributing funds for Cushing’s research. CSRF is currently building a patient registry on NORD’s IAMRARE platform with an expected launch date of early 2025.
