Rocky Mountain Disability & Business Technical Assistance Center

The Rocky Mountain Resource & Training Institute (RMRTI) is a non-profit, state government (CO) organization that serves people with disabilities and provides training to the agencies that assist them. Established in 1989, the Institute is dedicated to facilitating disabled individuals’ transition from school to adult life; providing information and resources concerning assistive technology, devices, and services; promoting and ensuring compliance with the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other legislation promoting the rights and inclusion of people with disabilities; and promoting supported employment, positive behavior support strategies, total quality improvement, strategic planning, and organizational development.
