Proyecto Pide un Deseo Mexico, I.A.P. is a non-profit organization that supports all lysosomal patients in Mexico, with a special interest in geriatrics, less fortunate patients, and handicapped individuals. This organization supports both English and Spanish speaking patients. Lysosomal storage diseases are inherited metabolic diseases that are characterized by an abnormal build-up of various toxic materials in the body’s cells as a result of enzyme deficiencies.
