Uplifting Athletes is building a community. Through the Uplifting Experience program people of all ages and all rare diagnoses are given an opportunity to create one-of-a-kind memories with an athlete, team, or sports organization. Uplifting Experiences bring hope and inspiration by harnessing the power of sports, and can take on many forms including game days, practice visits, day-in-the-life, special events, or care packages from an athlete or team. Uplifting Athletes is excited to invite rare individuals and families to join us for a spring training game at Hammond Stadium in Fort Myers, FL on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 12:00pm ET.
