About American Society for Deaf Children
The American Society for Deaf Children (ASDC) is a national 501(c)(3) non-profit self-help organization, consists of parents and families who advocate the full participation of hearing-impaired children in their communities, schools, and families. The organization supports the use of signing and recognizes and respects deaf culture as critical for enhancing and broadening the social, personal, and educational aspects of hearing-impaired children�s lives. Educational materials produced by the organization include a variety of patient and professional informational brochures and a regular newsletter.
