Center for Hope

The Center for Hope (CFH) helps adults and children living with a life-threatening disease or illness, or grieving the death of a loved one, by providing professional counseling, education, and support in an atmosphere of hope and renewal. It is a non-profit organization providing services that include patient networking, information and publications, referrals, and professional education. It serves people who live in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and Westchester County, New York.
