ALS United Connecticut

Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to improve quality of life for people with ALS and their families, while advocating for increased support and advancing innovative research for new treatments and an end to ALS.
In complement to the groundbreaking research and tireless advocacy, ALS United Connecticut works directly with patients here in CT to improve access to treatment and quality of life. Services offered at no cost to the family include: support groups, extensive durable medical equipment program, financial grants, transportation program, educational resources, caregiver support, and bereavement services.
