Alzheimer’s Foundation of America

The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) is a national voluntary, non-profit charitable organization. Founded in 2002, AFA is dedicated to meeting the educational, social, and emotional needs of individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. AFA unites member organizations throughout the country to collaborate on program design and implementation, education and advocacy, and programs and resources. Additionally, AFA works to raise public awareness about Alzheimer’s and related disorders.
