About Association of Community Cancer Centers
The Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the continuum of quality cancer care (research, prevention, screening, early detection, diagnosis, treatment, psychosocial services, rehabilitation, and hospice) for individuals with cancer and the community. Established in 1974, ACCC consists of 6,000 members and 14 sub-groups. ACCC’s educational materials include a brochure entitled “Cancer Treatments Your Insurance Should Cover,” reports, and a directory. Program activities include advocacy.
