Epilepsy Canada

The Epilepsy Canada, established in 1966, is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for persons affected by epilepsy through promotion and support of research and facilitation of education and awareness initiatives that build understanding and acceptance of epilepsy. Consisting of 34 members, the organization produces educational materials including a newsletter entitled “Lumina,” a pamphlet entitled “Your Medication for Epilepsy”, and brochures entitled “Epilepsy: Answers to Your Questions”, “Seizures and First Aid”, “Seizures and Seniors,””Epilepsy and Children: What Parents Need To Know” and “Teens & Epilepsy.”
