PTEN Hamartoma Tumor Syndrome Foundation

The PTEN Hamartoma Tumor Syndrome Foundation was founded to find treatments or therapies for PTEN Syndromes by funding research, providing PHTS education, supporting patients, and by raising awareness. PHTS includes Cowden syndrome (CS), Bannayan-Riley-Ruvalcaba syndrome (BRRS), PTEN-related Proteus syndrome (PS), and Proteus-like syndrome. PHTS is an underdiagnosed hereditary cancer syndrome. They are dedicated to serving our patient community and aim to raise awareness by connecting patients and researchers as we work together to find a treatment. Their focus areas are patients and caregivers, improved health care and empowering patients and families. They understand the importance of collaborations and welcome connections with those who are patient focused.
