Stiff Man Syndrome Support group is a non-profit organization that works to promote research into the causes, effects, treatment, and management of patients with Stiff Man syndrome. Stiff-person syndrome (SPS) is a rare acquired neurological disorder characterized by progressive muscle stiffness (rigidity) and repeated episodes of painful muscle spasms.
