Center for Genetic Immune Diseases
The Center specializes in diagnosing and treating genetic primary immune deficiency (PID) and immune regulatory disorders (PIRD), also known as inborn errors of immunity. Utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, including advanced genetic sequencing, the multidisciplinary team offers personalized treatments such as targeted drug therapies, stem cell transplantation, and gene therapy.
Serves: Primarily children; however, the broader Immune Deficiency Program at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford serves patients of all ages with primary immune deficiencies.
Referrals: Accepts both internal and external referrals; A clinician referral is required before scheduling an appointment. Patients are advised to have their child's pediatrician send a referral.

Undiagnosed Diseases Network (UDN) Clinical Site
The UDN is a research study funded by the National Institutes of Health. There are currently 24 clinical sites, including Stanford University. Participants in the UDN are determined by a central application process.
