Acromegaly Community, Inc.

The Acromegaly Community is a voluntary, non-profit organization whose mission is to provide an emotional and communal support network for people touched by acromegaly. They offer a central location of medical information on issues including surgery, medication, radiation, and post-diagnosis support. Most importantly, they provide a network of emotional support for acromegaly patients, as well as their friends and family. Acromegaly is a rare, slowly progressive chronic disorder characterized by an excess of growth hormone.
