After Org

The AFTER Organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving families across Florida and Georgia and supporting families nationwide through education and virtual family navigation. Our mission is to empower families affected by rare diseases, medical complexity, disabilities, and developmental differences by providing advocacy, education, family navigation, and collaborative partnerships. We believe no family should have to navigate complex healthcare, educational, insurance, or disability systems alone, and we work to ensure every child has access to the support and opportunities they deserve.
