Air Care Alliance

Air Care Alliance (ACA) is a national nonprofit organization that collaborates with 60+ volunteer pilot organization who leverage general aviation pilots to provide FREE air transportation to patients so they can access medical care, treatment and support. Our network consists of over 30,000 volunteer pilots who donate their planes, fuel, talents and most of all their compassion to ensure that distance is never an obstacle for patients to access critical care and treatment. Many of the patients that our VPO network supports are facing rare diseases and conditions requiring specialized care that is hundreds and even thousands of miles away. Distance should never be an obstacle to those requiring the care they need and deserve. Annually, ACA assists with nearly 200,000 FREE flights coordinate by our network.
