ALD Hope

ALD Hope is a Canadian nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by X-linked Adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) and Adrenal Insufficiency (AI). Our mission is to empower families through education, advocacy, and community support, while working to expand newborn screening, improve access to care, and accelerate research readiness. By building partnerships with global rare disease organizations, ALD Hope aims to raise awareness, provide essential resources, and ensure that every patient has the opportunity for early diagnosis, treatment, and a better quality of life.
