The Canadian Fanconi Anemia Research Fund (CFARF) is a registered charity whose mission is to raise money for research into finding a cure and/or treatments for Fanconi anemia. Fanconi Canada also raises awareness among members of the general public and the medical community about Fanconi anemia, its diagnosis and methods of treatment and provides support to affected Canadian families. Fanconi's anemia is an inherited condition that leads to a deficiency of certain blood cells that are produced by the bone marrow.
