About National Pesticide Information Center
The National Pesticide Information Center (NPIC), known formerly as the National Pesticide Telecommunications Network, provides objective, science-based information on a wide variety of pesticide-related topics. It is a toll-free telephone service available to anyone in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. NPIC is a cooperative effort of Oregon State University and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. It operates from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time daily, including weekends.
