Description

ORDI is a national umbrella organization representing the collective voice of all patients with rare diseases in India. ORDI's objectives include public policy development/implementation to cover rare, undiagnosed and genetic diseases patients in India; accelerating diagnosis and treatment options for patients with rare diseases through public-private partnerships; advocating for mandatory newborn screening; representing India in international consortia such as IRDiRC, UDN, ICORD, etc.; and organizing national and international conferences to bring all stakeholders of rare diseases together for debates and discussions.
