Description

PHA EUROPE is a European umbrella organization for pulmonary hypertension, a progressive and incurable lung/heart disease. It was founded in 2003 and is registered in Vienna, Austria, as an international non-profit organization. As of 2012, PHA EUROPE membership includes 25 national pulmonary hypertension patient associations from 22 European countries. The primary objective of PHA Europe is to establish cooperation between the members, the European institutions, international organizations and public institutions in order to achieve the best possible standards of care for pulmonary hypertension patients in Europe.
