RE Children’s Project, LLC

RE Children’s Project, LLC is a non-profit voluntary organization dedicated to increasing awareness of Rasmussen’s encephalitis (RE) while supporting scientific research directed towards a cure. RE Children’s also supports research towards the recovery process following hemisphrectomy surgery, a life altering, radical brain surgery that is the only known “cure” for the disease. Rasmussen’s encephalitis is a rare disorder of the central nervous system characterized by chronic inflammation (encephalitis) of one hemisphere of the brain.
