Wheelchairnet

The WheelchairNet web site is a project of the Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center on Wheeled Mobility of the University of Pittsburgh. It was created with a grant from the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research of the U.S. Department of Education. The site is intended for people who use wheelchairs, members of their families, clinicians who prescribe or provide wheelchairs, researchers who are interested in improving wheelchair technology, health insurers who provide payment for wheelchair products, and all others who have an interest in wheelchair design.
