Join us in Hartford, Conn. on October 8th! For the first time, NORD’s charity marathon team, Running for Rare, will participate in the Eversource Hartford Marathon. We are thrilled to have the team running in the backyard of our Danbury, Conn., headquarters, and we look forward to recruiting local runners and community partners.
Running for Rare is a group of dedicated runners who run in marathons around the country to raise awareness for rare diseases and fundraise to support undiagnosed patients. Since NORD announced the expansion of the team earlier this year, Running for Rare has taken on the Boston and Providence marathons (see some of our photos) and we are gearing up for our debut in the 2016 TCS New York City Marathon in November.
